The guys in the gun department will ignore you and if you ask for assistance they always have a bad attitude about it. They have zero customer service skills and are extremely racist. I've witnessed the way they treated minorities. They should all start looking for new jobs because I don't believe they will be in business much longer. Just read the owners response to anyone that leaves bad reviews down below. He's not professional at all and talks down to them. People need to boycott this store.

It a long story as to why I rate this business with the absolute lowest score possible. It all circles back to customer service. I have been buying and selling short and long guns for about 35 years. I have NEVER been so angry with the personell of a shop in my entire life. I did spend $1500.00 purchasing 2 new handguns and ammo & accessories. You would think that would itself make the staff elated.......not in this store. I WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. If you are thinking of a new or used purchase go to Boyers Hardware in Slatington. That have been in business for over 150 years. There is a reason why they have survived that long. Great old American pricing and customer service!!!! I will continue to make the total xtra 30 min drive both ways. The staff here is informative, honest, and they follow thru with customers needs. Please check it out if you are less than satisfyed with your last Gun Shop purchase. Whomever owns this shop should clean house starting with the manager of this department. Nice enough store with a good selection of sporting goods and outdoor accessories. The gun counter isn't bad, though the long gun selection is a little limited.
